Delivery & returns

In stock: delivered within 1 week of order confirmation. Out of stock: approximately 3 weeks. We confirm availability, shipping costs and the delivery date in advance. For distance purchases from the standard collection, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receipt, even if we still need to make your pair. A legal exception may apply to genuinely personalised products; we discuss this before purchase.
